"Sprężyny wzmacnianie podwójne HD - zestaw do T1.

Most dual VW springs are safe to about 13.5mm. The springs that are good to 16mm or more are available but start at around 500zl. With an Engle 130 and 1.25 rockers you could be getting close to the limit of the springs you have so be careful.

Well, you can try the retainers that normally come with dual springs. I will have another look at the photos you posted to try to check if there is anything wrong. Btw, did you check the timing on the camshaft to see if it agrees with the timing on that yellow card that you got with the camshaft?

Yes, the retainers that you have are standard and could be the problem. I calculated the lift that you could have and it could be from .520 to .540 inch which is close but acceptable for dual springs. You need to check the total lift you get when you solve your coil spring binding issue. Did the machine shop machine the guide boss for dual springs? I think I remember that they did from a few months back. Try some chromoly valve spring retainers from the guys you bought your springs from. If this doesn't work and you are still stuck, please come to see us at the garage with your engine and we''ll make it work. There may be someone closer, but I really don't know of anyone in that part of Poland who builds engines. Anyone know?
Another thought. You had new guides installed recently? They could be too high above the guide boss and that is what is stopping the engine turning.
