Turbo do 1600-1900

Thiss is a perfect set up for anthing from 1600 through to 1914cc.
Ideal for a Baja or buggy set up.
Fully rebuilt Garrett T2 drawing through a 1 and 3/4" SU carb.
The carb has been completley rebuilt using genuine SU parts and all the manifolding,clamps and gaskets are totaly new.
Comes with plenum chamber for the twin port manifold.All you need is a few clamps and a couple of bits of hose and its a bolt on system.

no bardzo ładny zestaw. Ale jak to przekłada sie na osiągi?? Powiedzmy na seryjnym 1600?? A jakie modyfikacjie trzeba jeszcze przeprowadzić w silniku zeby pracował optymalnie z tym zestawem turbo (poza rozwiertem na 1914 )?? Czy taki zestaw wymaga odśrodkowego zapłonu czy może zostać fabryczny podciśnieniowy?? Mozna prosić o wzucenie wiekszych i szczegółowszych zdięć??? A może Chris masz zdięcia jak to wygląda zamontowane pod maską?? No i takie niepasujące wcale pytanie do tego działu (ale dla mnie istotne niestety) jak wygladała by wysokość spalania silnika z takim zestawem??

It should make about 100HP on a standard 1600. The things I would change on the engine are the distributor to a Mallory, heavy duty single springs, a set of 1.25 rockers and a Kennedy 1700 clutch pressure plate.

I don't know how much fuel it would use.

It would be best on an opened engined vehicle as I don't think this kit will fit in a standard Beetle. Best in a trike or Buggy.

A nie można zbudować tego zestawu tak żeby pasował do standardowego beetla?? (czyli upchnąć całe te rurowisko pod maskę?? )

There will be some more kits available over the next few months for Beetles. This is our first attempt.
