How expensive is an engine to run 13s?

I sa wywazone (waga calosciowa i poszczegolnych koncow)
For clarification, this will be a naturally aspirated engine. I would hope for considerably more than 150hp and 13 seconds from a turbo engine.
The cost limit I set covers parts and machining, not our labour because, I would expect someone else to copy the recipe if they would like to do it themselves. Also, water and electricity is not covered.

I now have a street car in which I can test a 1914 engine. I chose this engine even though I had planned to instal a 2600 T4 because it is more realistic compared to the engines here in Poland. As some of you know, I now have a 1303, which is bit heavier than most Beetles and so it will need a bit more power to run 13s. It will also have a full interior and run the gearbox than was originally in our Fiat 126- a standard 1303S gearbox with a Quaife LSD. This gearbox is not ideal for drag raging beause of the long gears, but the car is intened for high speed cruising so it is best for that. I hope to get at least 160hp and if it all goes well maybe 170hp from it, which should be enough to put it into the 13 second zone. I might get Pati (my girl) to drive to help with weight aspect
, but the car will be in full street trim (no slicks etc).

Looking forward to see it on the strip
